Orders within the US will be shipped by First Class Mail, typically delivered in 3-5 days, unless otherwise specified.

You may choose to upgrade to Priority Mail shipping for a 2-3 day delivery time. This will also include $50.00 insurance against in-transit damage. 

Please note that shipment estimates do not include processing time and are non-guaranteed dates.

Once the package has been shipped, The Swaddle Company + Alber Road has no control over progress or treatment. Your package is the responsibility of the US Postal Service. If you have questions about your package, please contact your local post office immediately. We would like to assist you in any way possible, but cannot be responsible for the USPS actions if a package is marked delivered. Please ensure you have a safe location for your incoming mail or choose to upgrade for signature confirmation.

If you pay with paypal, the address you provide at checkout is the only address we are authorized to ship to. If you provided the wrong address and catch it before we ship, please email us [] right away so we can fix the issue. This may require canceling your original Paypal payment and invoicing you. Be prepared that your shipment may be delayed while we wait for payment.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to wrong address. If you discover your shipment has been sent to the wrong address, please call your local Postal Service office immediately to request a redirect of your package.
