P R O C E S S I N G - T I M E
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding national and postal holidays.  We may be small, but our production team is mighty! Your order is the top of our priority list and we'll make sure to send it as quickly as we can. Have a specific deadline? Don't hesitate to reach out to us and let us know! We'll do our best to make it happen.

We are happy to accept all credit cards through direct checkout, gift cards and Paypal.

We want you to love your purchase and be 100% satisfied. If, for some reason, you are unhappy with your purchase or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 [seven] days of receipt. 
Refunds are only issued for unused items in original packaging, returned within 30 [thirty] days of shipment. Personalized items are not eligible for return or replacement. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It is up to the seller's discretion whether or not to issue a full refund or offer a store credit in exchange.

What to do if a package is missing?

Please do be careful when checking out! You are responsible for your shipping address. All of our packages are shipped via USPS and you will be provided with a tracking number via email. Once that package has left the safety of our production floor, USPS is in control. If you think your package is missing or stolen, call your local post office first and they will be 
able to share the GPS coordinates where your swaddle was delivered.
